Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. Your love story is important to us and we will endeavor to make sure that your wedding is just as memorable as you dreamt it to be.
We will work with you to ensure your ceremony reflects your unique individual wishes, creating a meaningful personalized experience. Ceremonies can be personalized to incorporate traditional and modern elements, as well as family and cultural traditions. They can be large or small, indoor or outdoor, casual or formal, laid back or as serious as you wish.
Your guests will leave your wedding having never heard another wedding ceremony quite like yours.
Before the wedding nuptial take place here are a couple of things to consider:
A basic fee of $400.00 + HST ($452.00) is charged. Please note however, that there might be additional charges based on services required. The fee does not include the cost of a marriage licence which must be purchased separately before booking your wedding. In the event of cancellation, fees are partially refundable up to 7 days prior to the scheduled ceremony and non-refundable within 7 days.
Rehearsal(s) are conducted for a fee of $150.00 + HST ($169.50) and is separate from the basic fee charged for wedding services.
Any change of date made 7 days or more before the ceremony is subject to a $50.00 + HST ($56.50) administration fee and is subjected to availability. A change of date made less than 7 days before the ceremony is treated as a cancellation.
Prior to booking your wedding date, it is important to have in your possession a Marriage Licence which can be obtained from municipal offices in the Province of Ontario. This must be accompanied with other supporting documents such as Birth Certificate and Pictorial ID.
In the event you are a divorcee, your document of divorce must be submitted with the documents requested above. Please note the same is required if you are a widow/widower.
Two witnesses are required to be present during the ceremony. It is suggested that the witnesses are at the age of consent.
The ceremony will be conducted in English. If you do not understand or read English well, you will be required to provide your own interpreter and he/she must provide identification before they can participate. The interpreter may not be one of the witnesses.
If you are celebrating years of marriage and have decided to do a renewal of your vows, we would be honoured to share in your special occasion. A fee of $250 + HST ($282.50) will be charged as you create a personalized ceremony reflecting your lasting relationship. Please complete this form to engage us in your celebration:
